Excellence through Professional Learning with John Wink
PLC Foundations Workshop
The Region 13 PLC Services Team provides on-site, campus-wide professional development that empowers teacher teams to focus on student learning through collaboration and attention to results. The PLC Foundations Workshop is a one-day professional learning opportunity, followed by two on-site PLC coaching visits. This workshop will support campus PLC teams in developing a shared understanding of the definition, purpose, and Big Ideas of PLCs. This workshop also provides opportunities for campus PLCs to learn how to use tools such as: collective commitments, roles, cyclical agendas, protocols for goal-setting, and the Four Critical Questions.
