The Write for Texas Summer Institute is a FREE one-day professional development opportunity for teachers, instructional leaders, and administrators interested in learning practical ways to implement writing across the curriculum.

This institute highlights practical and theoretical approaches to writing across the curriculum. Breakout sessions will be offered throughout the day featuring writing strategies that can be used in all content areas to enhance student learning. Participants will actively participate in developing actual classroom practices using writing as an instructional tool.
