UDL Now! A Guide to Classroom Application with Author Katie Novak, Ed.D. (Face-to-Face)

UDL- the one acronym you do NOT want to miss out on!  :)

In this workshop participants will learn about the framework of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and how to use the UDL Guidelines to plan lessons, choose materials, assess learning, and improve instructional practice by proactively and strategically designing for learner variability. Participants will explore key strategies such as scaffolding and using student feedback to inform instruction. The session will be universally designed, so all educators, regardless of grade, subject, and position will leave with concrete strategies for changing teaching and learning.
