Restorative Discipline Administrator Training

This one day administrator training will provide you with a clear understanding of the Restorative Discipline philosophy. You will learn the 11 elements of the restorative approach and actually get to participate in several types of circles. We will discuss how these elements can be implemented in a school-wide approach in order to support all of your students and staff in creating a positive and supportive learning community.

Restorative Discipline is a practical approach for educators interested in implementing a behavioral process that proactively builds positive school communities while dramatically reducing discipline referrals, suspensions and expulsions.
