In today's educational climate, school counselors are serving students, faculty, and parents in a variety of capacities. It is important for school counselors to have a vision and deliver their comprehensive guidance program through a systemic and intentional manner.
This workshop will show participants how to build a program that ties to campus goals, measures effectiveness, and promotes the results of a comprehensive program delivery. American School Counselor Association processes and templates will be shared and reviewed.
Success stories of how counselors have grown their programs exponentially will also be shared.
