The Educator Certification Program has developed
Developing the Novice Teacher as a means to positively enrich the mentor/intern relationship.This online session will provide mentors with the knowledge and skills they will need to promote the growth of ECP interns. It will help mentors better understand how novice teachers develop during their first year of teaching, and it will offer mentors a variety of strategies to use in working with their novice teachers. We are excited about providing this learning opportunity through this route. Please take full advantage of this session by thoughtfully participating in all learning activities. You will be surveyed at the end of this session to determine the extent to which you feel this session met its objectives.
