CACFP: Food Buying Guide for the Child and Adult Care Food Program

The Food Buying Guide (FBG) class provides participants with information on the FBG contents and using yield data to complete food purchase calculations. Participants will receive practice to determine the amounts of food and beverages to purchase for planned food items in order to meet requirements for a reimbursable meal.
