Progressing the Novice Learner Up the Proficiency Scale
In this workshop, participants will work with a variety of instructional strategies to move students through the proficiency levels with the different modes of communication: interpersonal, interpretive and presentational. Activities, examples and resources are adaptable to any modern language.
We will begin by evaluating Advanced Performance Indicators in order to adapt them to the novice and intermediate levels of proficiency. Participants should bring their laptops as we will have time to adapt/create the activities for his/her own target language and level.
