- Conference Early Bird Registration: $295 (Early Bird Rate Extended to End December 18, 2018)
- Regular Price Registration: $350
- Registration includes all conference materials; receptions on days 1 and 2; grab-and-go breakfasts and light lunches on days 2 and 3; and snacks on days 2 and 3.

Registration and E-Campus Information:
Conference registration is confirmed upon receipt of the E-Campus confirmation message.

Cancellation Policy:
Once logged into the E-Campus system, navigate to the Current Workshop List. Click the CANCEL button to right side of your screen next to the conference. If you do not see a CANCEL button, you must contact the customer service helpdesk to cancel. Email your request to questions@esc13.net. If payment has already processed please contact questions@esc13.net.
Pre-paid cancellation requests received after December 17, 2018 will not be eligible for refunds. No exceptions.
Payment Methods:
You must provide payment at the time of registration. We cannot process a registration without valid payment. If you are paying by purchase order you must enter a valid purchase order number in the appropriate field during the checkout process. Invoices will be mailed after the conference within a month of attendance. Please DO NOT send check payment until an invoice has been sent to you. If you are paying by credit card you must enter your credit card information in the appropriate fields during the checkout process. There will be no exceptions. Purchase orders and checks are to be made payable to Region 13.
