Transition Network 2019-20

The purpose of this Transition Leadership Network is to provide a system of communication and collaboration to the districts and charter schools in Region 13. Federal and State updates and training opportunities will be provided through these face to face meetings as well as the Transition Listserv.
The Transition & Employment Services Designee for each district is encouraged to attend these meetings. The list of designees for each district in Texas is available on the Legal Framework website.
