In this virtual session campus and district leaders will learn more about the implementation of the Action Coaching component of Texas Instructional Leadership. The sesssion will provide an overview of the Action Coaching process for creating a clear observation and feedback loop for school leaders to provide structured coaching feedback to their teachers using an explicit protocol.
Additionally, we will review Campus and District Success Criteria, and you will have an opportunity to self-assess district and campus readiness for the work to align the district system for evaluating teachers with Action Coaching. District leaders will gain a clear picure of how district leaders can coach and support principals in buildilng their instrucitonal leadership skills around the observation and feedback loop.
This is an interactive session. Participants will need to attend with technology that includes a camera, audio, and can access Zoom and Google Docs simultaneoulsy.
