The Eight Paradoxes of Great Leadership with Dr. Tim Elmore
In-Person Option
We’re thrilled to announce that Dr. Tim Elmore will be presenting at a special one-day workshop on August 8th, 2022
Leading today is more complex than it was a generation ago. Staff and students walk in the doors of our institutions with higher levels of education, expectation, exposure, and emotion. While the challenges of leading today have grown more complex, the opportunities for today's students have never been greater. You might say leading today is something of a paradox. This is why the greatest leaders today will be those who adapt to lead well by practicing paradoxes like embodying both confidence and humility, being both visible and invisible; and leveraging both their vision and their blind spots. Based on the latest book by Dr. Tim Elmore, this session will empower and encourage leaders of all kinds to navigate the rapidly changing landscape of leading in a paradoxical world.
