TIA Series: Determining Weights in District System
This workshop will provide insight into the process of determining weights in the TIA system developed within the district. This workshop is designed for LEAs who are planning to participate in Cohort E and beyond. LEAs are encouraged to bring any team members who are leading the district in the TIA initiative, and particularly those who are working to design the weighting system for determining teacher designation.
