HCSI 2021 Individual Recorded Session: The Full & Defensible Evaluation

Although your FIE’s are intended to meet the needs of students, lawyers have needs, too! Elvin Houston will discuss best practices and potential stumbling blocks that evaluators should understand to ensure that each evaluation report is legally defensible. From selection of instruments to giving witness testimony, Mr. Houston will address the important legal issues that evaluation personnel want to know.

This is a recorded session from the Hill Country Summer Institute 2021 conference, which may be viewed anytime between 6/21/21 through 8/2/21.  This recorded session has a short quiz following the recording in order to give asynchronous credit.
