As a school leader, you are tasked with the critical job of instructional leadership. However you are met with many managerial interruptions to instructional leadership that, if not handled proactively, can distract a school leader from supporting student learning. By establishing proactive and efficient systems on their campus, a school or district leader will be able to regain the most valuable non-renewable resource in education, TIME! This allows the school and district leader to visit classrooms and campuses and provide support and coaching to support student growth.
In this training, we will take a deep dive into 3 systems that can be refined on campuses to allow for efficient processes and free up your time! You will reflect on your current successes and opportunities for growth and develop your plans for implementation and improvement on your systems.
