The Foster Care Consortium is an opportunity for School Systems Foster Care Liaison, social workers,other school personnel, community members, and organizations that provide assistance for students in conservatorship to network. The ESC 13, Foster Care Specialist, in collaboration with Region 7, Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, will provide/facilitate presentations and resources to assist school systems with providing services to children and youth in conservatorship.
