This is a fee for the Region 13 Educator Certification Program.
**This fee is non-refundable**
Paying a pre-service payment allows continued access to coursework and ensures that a candidate’s status remains active in the program. According to TAC §228, an inactive candidate is one who is no longer completing coursework, training, or testing requirements with the EPP.
