The purpose of this training session is to expose teachers to the free Web 2.0 tools that are available to enhance Social Studies classroom practices. During the presentation, a menu of Web 2.0 tools will be presented on a variety of Social Studies relevant topics. Teachers will leave the presentation with a variety of tools that can immediately be implemented in the everyday classroom. Technology, specifically the Web 2.0 tools, allows teachers to seamlessly provide differentiated instruction to students on all levels in any subject.
