Reading and Writing Persuasive Texts (grades 9-12)
In this workshop participants will study their TEKS and walk away with strategies to help students read and write persuasive texts.
This Professional Development experience is considered to be a CORE workshop.
· Core Professional Development is considered foundational, the learning experiences are designed to be introductory in nature.
· Core Professional Development is valuable for new teachers, teachers who are changing teaching assignments and teachers who are developing skills in a particular professional development pathway.
