Six Syllable Types
This workshop offers teachers an opportunity to learn the Six Syllable Patterns of English, and provides them with a methodology for integrating instruction of the Six Syllable Patterns into any ELA primary curriculum. Additional content includes syllable division rules and spelling rules. The Six Syllable types addressed are aligned with TEKS Phonics Student Expectations.

Registration will begin at 8:30 am and the sessions will begin promptly at 9:00 am each day (Unless noted otherwise). Due to requirements from TEA, attendance at these workshops is strictly monitored. You must be present the entire session, from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, all days required, in order to receive full credit. If you cannot attend the full session, we suggest registering for another session at a time when you will be able to attend the entire workshop.
