This course is appropriate for teachers in K-5 who are interested in cross-curricular connections and applications in SCIENCE and ELAR.
Research has shown that the integration of literacy strategies within ALL content areas helps students construct and retain knowledge. During this session participants will engage in research based strategies that support the development of academic vocabulary.
