Discovering Texas History Conference

The Texas State Historical Association is partnering with Education Service Centers from Regions 4, 13 and 10 to expand the offerings of professional development for Texas History teachers. This workshop series is intended to provide timely and accessible historical content and pedagogical advice from renowned scholars, respected classroom practitioners, and organizations with expertise in the fields of history, geography, economics, civics and skill building.

The cost of registration includes lunch for both days of the Discovering Texas History Conference. Districts registering teachers for this conference with a Purchase Order number can mail physical checks for payment to: ESC Region 13 - 5701 Springdale Rd. Austin, TX 78723.
