Texas Principal Evaluation and Support System (T-PESS) became the Commissioner of Education's recommended principal appraisal system starting in the 2016/2017 school year. This training is required for anyone who will appraise principals. It is also recommended that principals who will be appraised using the T-PESS instrument should take this training to deepen their understanding of the appraisal process.
