The Practical Approach to PLCs
A Practical Approach to PLC: This one-day workshop focuses on a PLC conversation cycle that is rooted in the Four Critical Questions:
  1. What do we want students to learn?
  2. How will we know if students have learned it?
  3. How will we respond if students haven’t learned it YET?
  4. How will we respond if students have learned it?
Workshop Learning Outcomes:
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify roadblocks encountered during PLC, and generate solutions to support teamwork and productivity.
  • Learn strategies to identify clear and specific team goals that keep students at the center of PLC conversations.
