Audience:  T-TESS and T-PESS appraisers, and other instructional leaders--district and campus--responsible for developing others to directly impact student performance.

Highly skilled coaches inspire and guide staff to reach their full potential and positively impact performance at all levels for the organization.  In this two-day workshop, participants will learn and apply specialized coaching skills, tools, and competencies to utilize in the T-TESS and T-PESS observation cycles or any conversation about teaching and learning.
