TIL TOT ESCs Coaching Principal Managers is focused on building the capacity of ESC TIL trainers to coach principal supervisors who have been trained in TIL Action Coaching, TIL DDI, or TIL Student Culture. In this training, ESC trainers will learn and practice techniques to support implementation of TIL practices in partner districts and coach principal supervisors and district leaders one-on-one.

This training is formerly known as TIL TOT Coaching Level III.
