Instructional Coaching Pathways is a differentiated approach to targeted professional learning for district and campus instructional coaches, specialists, and curriculum coordinators, who wish to increase their knowledge and skill in coaching or research-based instructional strategies.
Each participant will have the opportunity to attend a series of 7 half-day sessions (9:00 am - 12:00 pm) throughout the year.
New to Coaching Pathway
In this pathway, participants will learn the foundational knowledge, skills, and support needed to coach effectively, including:
- Examining our Region 13 Balanced Coaching Framework
- The roles of a coach
- Coaching cycles
- Navigating relationships
- Balancing roles
- Impacting instruction
Participants will have the opportunity to network across campuses and districts to share ideas and expertise in order to take back and apply their learning to their practice.
