The 2023 TEKS Resource System Curriculum Conference brings hundreds of Texas educators together for three days of collaboration, innovation and learning. The annual conference will showcase national guest speakers, informative sessions and hands-on workshops. Every year TEKSCon features guest speakers that motivate, excite, and advance the development of learners. Past keynote presenters include Motivational Speaker Tim Clue, Success Trainer Aric Bostick, Educator Ron Clark, America's Favorite Principal Gerry Brooks, and National Superintendent of the Year Dr. Joe Sanfelippo. This year's keynote speaker is Niki Spears!
Niki Spears is an Educator, Author, Motivational Speaker and Change Leader who uses powerful mindset strategies to help educators and school leaders transform their lives and workplaces from somewhere they “have to be” to somewhere “they get to be!” As an educator and school leader for over 25 years, Niki witnessed the impact negativity could have on the school’s overall mission. She left her job with no promise of pay to step into her purpose of helping to create positive schools and workplaces by helping people become aware of their personal energy and how they show up each day.
Niki takes her audience on a journey beyond the problems we see in our everyday lives to discover the wonderful opportunities that are hidden beneath every challenge.
Niki’s inspiring, lively and interactive keynotes, takes her audiences on a creative and insightful voyage that inspires participants to connect, gain confidence, move away from fear, collaborate, and adapt to change. Attendees of TEKSCon will have access to multiple discounted pricing periods. TEKSCon registration will open at its lowest rate in January 2023 and will incrementally increase throughout the spring and summer. Please consult the pricing schedule to secure the lowest available pricing.
