Region 13's E-Campus

In this workshop, we’ll go through how to identify and establish educator wellness interventions on your campus as well as how to create trauma informed campuses. When we start with practicing wellness with ourselves first, those practices overflow into our classrooms and campuses. With a large focus on cultivating inner resilience skills first, this will be a reflective and collaborative day of learning!
