Don’t try to cram a whole year’s worth of instruction into a few days of review. Instead, learn to maximize your classroom review time by identifying TEKS clusters of the highest need, and create a plan that will effectively address these needs within a reasonable amount of time. In this workshop, we will:

• Review 2023 STAAR assessment items and regional data to determine the areas of highest need.
• Explore ready-to-use classroom strategies and resources to support active, hands-on review.
• Create a plan for implementation that spirals skills and supports differentiation.

This workshop will be based on patterns observed in regional data regarding student performance on 2023 STAAR assessment items. In the workshop, you will explore strategies and activities to integrate into your data-informed spaced review plan that you can implement in your classroom immediately!
