The 18+ Adult Transition Services Roundtable and Networking event is a day packed with learning about 18+ Adult Transition Services best practices and resources available from TEA’s Student-Centered Transitions Network.
Over the course of the day, you will hear from Region 13 area district personnel about their 18+ programs and considerations when it comes to 18+ and Adult Transition Services, have time to discuss 18+ hot topics and network with other educational professionals working in the area of 18+ Adult Transition Services, and learn about all of the 18+ Adult Transition Services resources that have been created by TEA’s Student-Centered Transitions Network to provide guidance and support for local education agencies all across Texas.
