This cohorts aims to increase teacher retention by placing a special emphasis on teacher well-being and achieving a healthy work/life balance while simultaneiously ensuring that your students receive the best educational experience possible. Because we know that sometimes you need answers to your most urgent questions and challenges, we'll also offer four one-hour after school virtual sessions throughout the year.
