Join us as we explpore practical writing tools and strategies to bring writing in science to the forefront.

In this workshop, we will:

  • understand the importance of developing scientific literacy skills through writing and ways in which that can occur within the science classroom
  • discover strategies that enforce writing as a tool for synthesis, communication, and refection of scienece concepts
  • collaborate on ideas and troublshoot challenges surrounding short constructed responses in science
