Consider being prepared to participate in this working session by having access the following:

•      Your LEA’s historical USDE ESSER Annual Reports

•      Your LEA’s ESSER (ER drawdown-linked) State Fiscal Reports for this last fiscal year

•      SmartSheet WorkApps for your LEA

You have seen the magnitude of the data that is required to complete the USDE ESSER Annual Report. We anticipate the requirements will remain substantially the same this year.

Recommendation for who should attend from your LEA: We recommend you have a team attendance of the key stakeholders involved in the financial and grant management requirements for ESSER. This could include your federal program/grant manager/director; your business manager or CFO; your accounting personnel and the person responsible for your draw down requests; your procurement or purchasing staff; and/or a superintendent responsible for approving and authorizing these activities.
