Navigating Federal Grant Regulations: EDGAR and UGG Training for Effective Compliance and Administration

Join TEA Associate Commissioner Cory Green and staff for comprehensive training on the Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR) and Uniform Grant Guidance (UGG) that all program and fiscal staff need to know. This interactive workshop is designed for beginners to experienced grant staff, providing practical, real-world examples of how to implement these federal regulations while staying compliant. In addition, we will delve into upcoming changes to EDGAR and UGG and address how they may impact your policies and procedures. Attendees will leave with a deeper understanding of federal compliance and administration, armed with the knowledge to navigate through future changes with ease. Learning Objectives:

  2. Learn practical tips and tools for implementing these regulations in your day-to-day operations, regardless of your level of experience.
