This virtual training will support personnel with their understanding of State Performance Plan Indicator 13 (Secondary Transition), commonly referred to as SPPI-13.
Participants will:

Learn general information and background on the State Performance Plan Indicator 13 and what it measures

Review state resources available that support SPPI-13 selection procedures, folder review and data collection to include discussion of the eight folder review questions

Understand how to gain access to and enter data in the SPPI-13 TEAL application as either a district Data Entry Agent or District Certifier, and, for the District Certifier, how to certify/submit the application

Gain an understanding of the State Performance Plan Clarification Process with the Texas Education Agency (TEA) if their local education agency (LEA) certifies below 100% for SPPI-13
