This class will provide an overview of the CACFP pre-approval and site monitoring requirements conducted by Sponsors. Participants will practice using the state agency’s pre-approval and site monitoring forms and develop a five-step process to effectively perform these vital requirements for program management.USDA Professional Standards Codes:
