The Mathematics Achievement Academies professional development focuses on grade level content and pedagogy to Kindergarten through Grade 5 teachers. The goal is to increase teacher knowledge by engaging in research-based, effective, and systematic instructional practices that enable students to develop problem-solving skills and a strong foundation of number sense and fluency.
This 1-day in-person Leadership-Based Implementation Support workshop is designed for instructional leaders that support or coach K-5 math teachers. In this session, participants will explore ways to support the learning that math teachers experienced during a TEA Mathematics Achievement Academy, Kindergarten – Grade 5.
