ICC 2026 | The Next Generation Tour
The Next Generation Tour celebrates the R13 Coaches’ ten-year ICC journey while turning up the volume on the future of instructional coaching.
This tenth-anniversary convention is both a celebration and a launch. With 30+ learning sessions, ICC 2026 brings together instructional coaches and instructional leaders to explore how coaching continues to evolve—through innovation, reflection, and purposeful action. Each session serves as a new track on the setlist, blending proven practices with bold ideas that help coaches move from intention to impact.
Grounded in the ESC Region 13 Balanced Instructional Coaching Framework, sessions emphasize the intentional balance of coaching expertise, content knowledge and pedagogy, leadership and facilitative skill, and interpersonal skill—the fulcrum that anchors effective coaching practice. Participants will engage across the coaching continuum, exploring specialized, instructional, team, and peer coaching while strengthening their ability to adjust roles and strategies to meet the needs of teachers, teams, and systems.
ICC 2026 invites coaches to revisit the greatest hits of the past decade while debuting what’s next. Together, we’ll tune up our craft, amplify our collective impact, and step forward as a united tour crew—ready to shape the next generation of learning.
