At the ESL Academy, we will explore the foundations of language acquisition theory, language concepts and cultural awareness. This interactive and engaging academy provides guidance for educators on how to provide academic and linguistic instruction for students whose primary language is not English.
Participants will receive an ESL Academy guidebook that accompanies the training and serves as a helpful resource as you prepare for the exam. The guidebook includes examples to support participants’ understanding of the 10 exam competencies, as well as embedded practice questions, and an additional practice exam.
