Through the use of data analysis and collaborative discussions, leaders will have the opportunity to identify strengths and areas for improvement in current routines and develop a plan for continuous growth throughout the year. 1. Analyze campus-wide and individual teacher data to identify strengths and opportunities for growth in schoolwide routines.
2. Apply strategies for creating a safe and ready culture for learning, setting high expectations for students and staff, and prioritizing instructional time.
3. Develop a plan for revisiting and adjusting routines mid-year to continuously improve effectiveness.
4. Practice effectively revising and expanding routines to align with campus goals and data.
5. Collaborate with other school leaders to share best practices and insights for successful routine implementation.
