 Join us for an interactive session as we discuss proven methods for refining and expanding schoolwide routines to create a culture of high expectations, safety, and prioritized instructional time. Through the use of data analysis and collaborative discussions, leaders will have the opportunity to identify strengths and areas for improvement in current routines and develop a plan for continuous growth throughout the year. Get ready to elevate your school's culture to new heights!

Learning Objectives:
1. Analyze campus-wide and individual teacher data to identify strengths and opportunities for growth in schoolwide routines.
2. Apply strategies for creating a safe and ready culture for learning, setting high expectations for students and staff, and prioritizing instructional time.
3. Develop a plan for revisiting and adjusting routines mid-year to continuously improve effectiveness.
4. Practice effectively revising and expanding routines to align with campus goals and data.
5. Collaborate with other school leaders to share best practices and insights for successful routine implementation.
