Join us for the next session in our Observation & Feedback training series where we will dive deeper into core concepts and beliefs crucial for success. Through interactive activity and discussion, participants will have the opportunity to refine and adapt their campus or district implementation strategies. Our Region 13 TIL team will provide support and guidance based on real-time needs to help you take your OF practices to the next level. We'll also explore pertinent campus data, such as the Get Better Faster Scope and Sequence teacher tracker, monitoring the fidelity of implementation (FOI) of protocols, and analyzing teacher and student data to make informed adjustments.
Learning Objectives:
1. Revisit key concepts and beliefs essential for effective Observation & Feedback practices.
2. Refine and adapt OF implementation strategies for continuous improvement.
3. Analyze campus data, including the Get Better Faster Scope and Sequence and FOI of protocols, to inform adjustments in OF practices.
4. Develop a plan for ongoing support and improvement in Observation & Feedback practices.
5. Engage in collaborative discussions with colleagues to share best practices and troubleshoot challenges in implementing OF.
