Designed for educators, specialists, and campus leaders ready to deepen their impact, the Behavior Coach Endorsement Program equips participants with the mindset, skills, and tools to coach others in creating sustainable, positive behavior change. This intensive 240-hour experience spans from September 2025 to June 2026, combining live on-demand virtual sessions, coaching practice, reflection, and performance-based assessments.
Participants will explore core coaching frameworks such as The Coaching Habit, The Advice Trap, and The Art of Coaching, while developing their capacity to lead change in diverse school settings. Key topics include trauma-informed coaching, navigating difficult conversations, building and sustaining trust, data-informed support planning, and supporting both individuals and systems through a Multi-Tiered System of Supports for Behavior (MTSS-B).
Through scenario-based learning, applied coaching rounds, and expert-facilitated sessions, participants will gain experience in coaching classroom management, functional behavior intervention planning, and schoolwide behavior support systems. The program culminates in a final exam and performance-based coaching assessment.
Whether you are new to coaching or seeking to elevate your current practice, this endorsement program offers a comprehensive, practical, and relationship-centered pathway to becoming a transformative behavior coach.
