Corwin Restorative Practices Playbook, this two-day workshop offers an in-depth exploration of the skills and nuances of restorative facilitation. Participants will learn how to cultivate a school culture that prioritizes relationships and fosters student agency. The training will focus on mastering the art of restorative conversations for problem-solving and growth, facilitating diverse restorative circles for community building and conflict resolution, and guiding restorative conferences to address harm and promote healing. Through practical exercises and discussion, participants will develop the confidence and expertise to effectively facilitate restorative processes and contribute to a more connected and just school community.
