Participants will explore the six types of Working Genius and gain insight into their natural strengths, frustrations, and areas of growth. Through guided reflection and practical application, attendees will learn how to better align tasks, improve team dynamics, and reduce burnout by leveraging each team member’s unique contributions.
All registered attendees who attend the session will receive access to the Working Genius assessment (a $25 value) and will be provided dedicated time during the training to complete it.
