Join us as we build upon our understanding of all three within the 6-8 TEKS.

In this workshop, we will:

  • explore vertical alignment of content TEKS

  • dive into specificity of the content TEKS

  • connect Scientific and Engineering Practices (SEPs) and Recurring Themes and Concepts (RTCs) to the content TEKS

  • examine instructional moves we can take to foster conceptual understanding for students

  • engage in facilitated planning time to create action steps that best support our students
