In this interactive and informative workshop, we’ll talk about the complex topic of navigating boundaries and relationships with school-aged children. In today’s ever-increasing electronic world, it can be extremely difficult for young brains to differentiate what is healthy, and what is not, online, and in person. We will explore interventions and skills to help students set healthy boundaries, cultivate positive relationships, and recognize the signs of manipulation. From communication strategies to self-care practices, this workshop will equip participants with practical tools to empower themselves and their students in navigating the dynamics of relationships.

Learning Objectives:

1. Understand the importance of setting and maintaining healthy boundaries in relationships.

2. Develop effective communication skills to express boundaries and needs.

3. Identify and differentiate between healthy and unhealthy behaviors in relationships.

4. Explore strategies for creating and fostering a positive and supportive network.

5. Learn self-care practices to maintain healthy boundaries and relationships.
