Are you ready to wrap up ASCENDER Student data for the 2025-2026 school year and move smoothly into 2026-2027?
The ASCENDER training will focus on two areas :
1. EOY Checklist/ Processes.
Data for EOY to be reviewed will include:
· Posting grades & processes for final grades & computation
· Credit assignment
· Course completion
· Posting Graduation
· Year End Status Codes
· Pass/Fail Indicators, and
· Other relevant end of year information
2. Summer (Sub.3) TSDS PEIMS Processes
Once participants have an understanding of the Processes for EOY procedures, the ASCENDER Student Team will turn the focus to the processes involved in student data for reporting a summer TSDS PEIMS submission. These will encompass:
· Demographic and attendance information,
· Master schedule checklists,
· Course completion checklists,
· Discipline checklists,
· Process for extracting the data into PEIMS,
· Creating a TSDS Interchange file, and
