This in-person session provides educators and school leaders with an opportunity to pause, reflect, and strategically refine their Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). Participants will analyze the strengths and challenges of their MTSS implementation over the past school year, using systems and procedures as the lens for evaluation. Through guided reflection and collaborative discussion, teams will identify key areas for improvement and design actionable plans to strengthen tiered supports in the year ahead.
By the end of the training, participants will:
- Examine current MTSS processes to evaluate effectiveness, consistency, and alignment with best practices.
- Identify system-level strengths and gaps that influence student outcomes.
- Collaboratively generate a plan for refining procedures and supports to ensure stronger implementation.
- Leave with a clear vision and practical next steps for enhancing MTSS in the upcoming school year.
