Keynote description: The twice exceptional brain brings with it both possibilities and sometimes challenges. This interactive session will discuss and help with understanding the brilliantly re-wired brain of a twice-exceptional learner. Participants will get an in-depth look at how the brain learns, how the brain creates behaviors and how we can provide better supports and interventions. Other topics of discussion for the twice-exceptional learner will include: trauma, mental health, screentime /technology , literacy/reading, play, movement, and fun in the classrooms.

Participant should be ready to laugh, move, and have fun while they learn!
